Terms of Service

Last updated: July 7, 2026

These terms apply when you use mypetlifeplan.com and buy a PetLife Tales pack. By using the site, you agree to them.

What you're buying

PetLife Tales packs are personalized digital products — an illustrated story, care plan, reminders, and vet-visit questions generated for your dog. Everything is delivered online through a private page; nothing physical is shipped. One-time packs are yours to keep, and the membership renews monthly until cancelled.

Not veterinary advice

PetLife Tales provides educational pet-care and training guidance only. It does not diagnose illness, prescribe treatment, or replace a licensed veterinarian. For emergencies or concerning symptoms, always contact a vet.

Your content

You confirm you have the right to upload any photo you provide. We use it only to create your pack. The generated pack is yours for personal, non-commercial use — share it with family and friends as much as you like.

Payments, refunds, and cancellation

Payments are processed securely by Stripe. Because each pack is generated uniquely for your dog, digital delivery is considered complete when your pack is ready — but if something went wrong or you're unhappy, contact us at hello@mypetlifeplan.com and we'll make it right. The membership can be cancelled anytime and ends at the close of the current billing period.

Fair use

Don't abuse the service — no attempting to disrupt the site, reselling generated packs, or submitting unlawful content.

Liability

The service is provided “as is”. To the fullest extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount you paid for your pack.

Changes

We may update these terms; changes take effect when posted on this page. Questions? Email hello@mypetlifeplan.com.
